By contacting CCRS LLC or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

  1. Who We Are
    CCRS LLC is a claims filing service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, representation, or guarantees of recovery.

  2. Our Service
    • We search public bankruptcy records for unclaimed funds.
    • We contact potential claimants by mail or email.
    • If you choose to proceed, we file required court paperwork as a successor claimant.
    • We earn a contingency fee only if funds are released. You pay nothing otherwise.

  3. No Guarantees
    Recovery is not guaranteed. The court decides if and when funds are released. We are not liable for delays, denials, or changes in court rules.

  4. Your Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate identity and claim documents.
    • Sign our agreement before we file.
    • Notify us of any address or contact changes.

  5. Fees
    Fees are subject to contract. No upfront costs. Full fee schedule is in your signed agreement.

  6. Privacy
    Your data is used only for your claim. Original documents and verification data are retained securely for 7 years to comply with audits and legal requirements, then shredded and destroyed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    CCRS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee we earned on your claim.

  8. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent federal law (including applicable bankruptcy laws and procedures) governs any aspect of the services. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lincoln, Nebraska, to the extent permitted by law.

  9. Changes
    We may update these Terms. Continued use of our service means you accept changes.
